in this website.
If you do experience a SPAM problem, it is more
likely that your information was
obtained from some other source.
To protect yourself from
SPAM, SPYWARE or ADWARE, you should always
obtain your Internet service from a well known and reputable Internet access
provider. But the sad fact
is that it is impossible to be totally protected against
these annoying
problems. The best, and final defense, if you don't want to
receive
SPAM, viruses or SPYWARE, is to load a quality security program
into your
computer. Some of these security programs protect you from
one or all
of the annoying problems. Thus when the problem arrives at your
computer, the security program immediately removes the problem and you are
